Responsibilities

  • Design and refine airway-management consumables (such as endotracheal tubes and cuffs) to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Test and evaluate polymer materials and thermo-sensitive PVC compounds.
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists and tooling designers on prototyping.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's in Biomedical or Polymer Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of product-design experience in medical plastics.
  • Proficient with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure manufacturing stages comply with ISO 13485:2016 and WHO-GMP guidelines.
  • Draft quality assurance document protocols, cleanroom audit schedules, and batch reviews.
  • Investigate non-conformances and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

 

Requirements

  • B.Pharma, M.Sc., or B.Tech in Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of QA experience in sterile medical device manufacturing.
  • Thorough understanding of CE/MDD audits and cleanroom protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Drive export sales growth for Sterimed medical devices across regional portfolios (EU, LATAM, APAC).
  • Nurture relationships with regional distributors and clinical procurement channels.
  • Represent Sterimed Group at international medical trade fairs (such as MEDICA, Arab Health).

 

Requirements

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or International Business.
  • 5+ years of export sales experience in disposable medical consumables.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise shift production targets in cleanrooms, managing extrusion and assembly processes.
  • Optimize raw material utilization and ensure operator compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain daily production logs and batch records.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or Plastic Technology.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in assembly line operations.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts (5S, Kaizen).
